As a Finjan Al Basch communicator your job will include working on internal and external campaigns that develop a good understanding of any real world challenges, inspire change, run awareness programmes about key transformations and how our company and products will make a real difference to their day.

Working with the owners, key stakeholders, departments and investors will be an everyday affair because delivering value and long-term financial security by using the latest financial instruments at your disposal to safeguard our growth on a global scale, provide insight and consultations on our financial affairs and how we can optimise a safe return on the investment of our investors and the communities we serve.

Whether your an accountant, auditor, financial controller or payroll you have a shared responsibility to assess our performance, plan and report key financial indicators and govern our policies and costs.

Nothing can run without your insight and say so and as such you will be supporting and provisioning strategies that will help us run prudently wherever we are present.

You’ll need to apply a high standard of integrity, diligence and self-reliance when working on some very complex projects or campaigns.

The legal department is a very busy function of our core businesses, from advising the executive team on legislation and regulatory changes, providing counsel to product development teams, human resources, finance, customer services literally every critical element of our business will need your services.

If your not passionate about coffee or food then this role is not for you. Finjan Al Basch operates on a global scale which means we need a robust manufacturing capability that grows with our business and your a big part of the cogs that keep us operating 24 hours a day.

Your focus is ensuring our products are of a high quality before being distributed, their safe to consume, they meet all regulatory requirements and collaborate with research & development to alter our production facilities to cater for new products.

To always maintain a level of operational excellence, willing to work with engineering to embrace new technologies to further streamline our manufacturing and build upon our drive for a carbon neutral facility by 2030.

Retails jobs at Finjan Al Basch are nothing short of spectacular and fun, because it’s not your average retail environment. 

Theirs a lot going in at our stores from customers ordering their favourite brew’s, to being an informed customer service advisor about our retail coffee offerings including the ability to setup sampling sessions and more. 

We have roles for everyone from seasoned barista’s to store managers.

For us our supply-chain is an indispensable asset in itself. Working in synchronicity with other departments to forecast any supply or demand issues, to ensure all our raw materials sourced meet our rigorous ethical and environmental standards whilst ensuring there’s a harmonious balance between inventory, production and distribution of our final fresh products.

We don’t just buy raw coffee, you’ll also have to work with product development and manufacturing to source materials and build proactive solutions and best practices to source the best value and quality from our suppliers.
