As part of our drive for diversity and to contribute to our Finjan Al Basch Knowledge Tree, all members are invited to get creative and be entrepreneurial by developing their own coffee blend and label.

This programme has the full support of all our members, it promotes positivity, open communication and strengthens relationships and gives individuals the empowerment to break barriers and work with all departments in producing maybe the next best iconic coffee blend for market and after all the effort they even get a favourable share of the global sales proceeds as part of their remuneration.

We're one big happy family

With a variety of our blends brewed at the ready, our members gather around like one big family and are given the opportunity to contribute their thoughts and recommendations openly about the workplace, our practices and how best to serve the community.

Our Espresso Huddles allows every member to be heard and feel appreciated, it fosters friendship and brings cheer knowing that we take this new found knowledge and adapt our workplace practices to better suit their needs as well as to build sustainable social programmes which serve our community and the environment.
