Select your preferred shipping method at checkout were you will be given either our standard delivery option (3-5 days) or next day delivery (only available in some countries).

Please note. Next Day Delivery is only available for orders placed before 2pm and is dependant on your country of residence.

Standard Delivery can take anywhere between 3 to 5 days.

All our coffee products and the equipment we sell are sent with tracking numbers.

Order Shipped

Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, our delivery team will apply a tracking number and the name of our shipping partner which will be sent to you by email and is accessible form your My Account. 

Guest Checkout: If you have purchased our products as a guest, you can track your order from the Track My Order page.

Member Checkout: Your order will appear in either your profile page or My Account page in the My Orders tab. Simply click on the tracking number.

Delivered

24-48 hours before delivery day, our chosen delivery partners will notify of the intended delivery day and also send SMS updates on the progress of the delivery up until its delivered.

Once your package has been dispatched, our chosen courier will notify you by SMS about the progress of the delivery throughout its journey to your destination. In some cases you can alter or rearrange your chosen delivery day or time through their websites.

Delivery Questions

When your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. You can follow your order’s journey by selecting ‘My Orders’ when signed in to your online account. If you have used our ‘Guest Checkout’ option, you can visit the Track Your Order page.

If you have inserted your mobile number, our couriers should contact you via SMS and will send you there own progress updates.

Occasionally, we may send an order in separate deliveries so that goods are received as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email when any remaining items are sent out for delivery.

No, to make things simpler for everyone all our prices are sold without tax. If tax or duties are charged in your country of residence, you the customer will be liable to pay such charges to either your post office or delivery courier to enable completion of your delivery.

On most days, you will need to place your order before 2pm to receive it the following day, however, this can vary during our busier periods.

Some countries do not allow for Next Day delivery, please refer to our delivery tables above to check if your country of residence is eligible.

No, we can only deliver orders to one shipping address at a time.
