step by step Guide
Step 1
Add water
Add hot water from your kettle to about two-thirds of your rakwi/cezve
Step 2
Add coffee
Add three spoons of Arabic or Turkish coffee and stir well
Step 3
Add Heat
Add to the stove or heat source and wait for the coffee to bloom
Step 4
remove & stir
Remove from the heat once the coffee starts rising and stir vigorously
Step 5
Add Heat
Add to the stove or heat source and wait for the coffee to bloom
Step 6
Wait for extraction
The coffee should rise for a third time before removing from heat and serving.
