Basch Gold is a sumptuously remarkable pure Arabica blend that’s creamy and smooth, emboldened by the pleasant aromas of finely ground cardamom, layered with the commanding presence of 24k gold flakes.
This highly treasurable blend, evocative of historic Levantine coffee recipe’s cherished the world over, follows deep-rooted roasting traditions in order to achieve the perfection that is Basch Gold.
Roasted masterfully, our grand Brazilian Arabica undergoes an intense short roast at an optimal temperature, whilst separately our indigenous Ethiopian heirloom is touched by a low heat allowing it to build on its sparkling acidity and to maintain its sweeter notes.
Empowered by the tantalising potent aromatics and intense flavours of the all-natural finely ground Guatemalan cardamom, and finished with a majestic sprinkling of 24 Carat gold that’s delicately tumbled into the blend.
An opulent and ceremonial twist to a very traditional Levantine coffee blend, best reserved for life’s more picturesque moments and joyous occasions but equally as graceful and euphoric with breakfast and as an after-dinner digestif.
Our Basch Gold when brewed has the allure sought by the ever presence of real 24 Carat gold flakes and like slow-burning oud, fills the room with an exceptionally serene and calming scent. Luxuriously smooth as lotus silk and embodied with a divine creaminess and balanced acidity.
